Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Place ground chicken in a large bowl.

  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 1 minute.
  8. Assemble burgers with buns, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
