Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (any brand)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and peppermint extract until soft dough forms.
  3. Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls. Place on prepared sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
