Buffalo Chicken Sliders are spicy, cheesy mini sandwiches packed with bold buffalo flavor, melty cheese, and shredded chicken, all baked together in soft slider buns. Perfect for game day, parties, or quick snacks, they’re easy to make and always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and dressing.
  3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected.
  4. Place bottom halves in the baking dish and spread buffalo chicken mixture evenly over them.
  5. Top with shredded cheese, then place the top halves of the buns over everything.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes to toast the tops.
  9. Sprinkle with dried parsley before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Use blue cheese instead of ranch for a tangier flavor.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Top with slaw or pickled onions after baking for a fresh crunch.
  • Wrap and freeze individual sliders for a quick snack later.
  • Reheat in oven or microwave until warm.
