Crispy fries topped with saucy buffalo chicken and melted cheese, creating a bold, spicy, and indulgent dish perfect as a meal or shareable snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen or homemade french fries
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional toppings: crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fries according to package directions or until golden and crispy.
  2. While fries cook, heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add shredded chicken, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, and warm through.
  4. Toss the chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Spread cooked fries on a baking sheet and top evenly with buffalo chicken.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing, and garnish with green onions and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
