This Brownie Batter Dip is a rich, creamy no-bake dessert dip made with cream cheese and brownie mix. It delivers that indulgent brownie batter flavor in just minutes—perfect for dipping fruit, cookies, or pretzels. A chocolate-lover’s dream that’s fast, fun, and irresistibly smooth!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 18.3 ounces boxed brownie mix (dry)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (optional, to adjust consistency)
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • ½ cup whipped topping (optional, for a fluffier dip)

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the brownie mix by microwaving it in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. Let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the cooled brownie mix and beat until fully combined.
  4. Stir in milk if needed to thin the dip.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Serve with graham crackers, strawberries, pretzels, apples, or vanilla wafers.
  • Add peanut butter, caramel, crushed cookies, or sprinkles for creative twists.
  • Low-fat cream cheese works too, but may slightly change the texture.
  • For a fluffier dip, fold in whipped topping after mixing.
  • Do not skip heat-treating the brownie mix for food safety.
