A fun and wholesome breakfast banana split made with fresh bananas, creamy yogurt, fruit, granola, and nut butter for a colorful, energizing start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 12 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and slice it in half lengthwise.
  2. Place both banana halves in a bowl with the cut sides facing up.
  3. Spoon the yogurt between the banana halves.
  4. Top with fresh berries and sprinkle granola over the yogurt and bananas.
  5. Add small spoonfuls of nut butter on top.
  6. Finish with a light drizzle of honey or maple syrup and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use flavored yogurt like vanilla or coconut for extra sweetness.
  • Add chia seeds or hemp seeds for extra protein and nutrients.
  • Fresh fruit gives the best texture, but thawed frozen fruit can be used.
