Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, banana, milk, and Greek yogurt into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend briefly again.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
