Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy. Spread over the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and glossy.
  4. Pour blueberry topping over the filling and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
