Biscoff Tiramisu is a no-bake dessert that combines the spiced caramel flavor of Biscoff cookies with a creamy mascarpone filling. A unique twist on the classic Italian tiramisu, it’s easy to make and perfect for entertaining or indulging.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Biscoff cookies (about 5060 cookies)
  • 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups strong coffee or espresso, cooled
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread (optional)
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies or cocoa powder (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee or espresso and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy. Add Biscoff spread if using.
  4. Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie into the cooled coffee for 1-2 seconds.
  5. Layer the soaked cookies in a dish and spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over them.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream layer on top.
  7. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies or dust with cocoa powder for garnish.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use decaf coffee or milk with cinnamon for a caffeine-free version.
  • Make individual servings in jars for a portable dessert option.
  • Add banana slices or chocolate chips for a richer variation.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Do not freeze or reheat.
