Big Mac Wraps bring all the flavor of the classic fast-food favorite into a lighter, homemade version. These quick and easy wraps are loaded with seasoned beef, melty cheese, tangy Big Mac sauce, and crisp toppings—all rolled up in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep, they deliver big flavor without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • For the Wraps:
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat or low-carb optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • For the Big Mac Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp diced pickles (or relish)
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, diced pickles, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle with cheese, add beef, drizzle with Big Mac sauce, and top with lettuce, onions, and pickles.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides. Optional: Toast seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes for a crispy finish.

Notes

  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • Add hot sauce or sriracha for a spicy twist.
  • Include shredded cabbage or baked fries for extra crunch.
  • Store beef and sauce separately if meal prepping; assemble wraps fresh for best texture.
