A quick and nourishing green smoothie made with sweet banana, fresh spinach, and creamy yogurt for a refreshing and naturally delicious drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (baby spinach preferred)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first for easier blending.
  2. Add fresh spinach and blend briefly until mostly smooth.
  3. Add sliced banana and ice cubes.
  4. Add honey and chia seeds if using.
  5. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired. Serve immediately.
