Ingredients

  • 4 large Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Roma tomatoes and arrange them evenly on the baking sheet.
