Ingredients

  • Large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Pizza sauce or marinara
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
  • Sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives (optional)
  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • Olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
