Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Add optional herbs or garlic for extra flavor.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
