Baked Boursin Salmon is an easy and elegant dish featuring flaky salmon fillets topped with creamy, herby Boursin cheese. It’s a quick dinner that feels fancy but comes together in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: lemon slices, for serving
  • Optional: chopped parsley or chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in the dish, skin-side down if applicable.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil or butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the Boursin cheese evenly and spread on top of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon slices before serving.

Notes

  • Use Garlic & Herb Boursin or try other flavors like Shallot & Chive or Cracked Black Pepper.
  • Add veggies like cherry tomatoes or asparagus to the dish for a full meal.
  • Drizzle cream or white wine in the pan for extra richness.
  • Salmon can be baked in the air fryer at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  • Leftovers are great cold in salads or on toast.
