A creamy, nourishing avocado smoothie made with ripe avocado, milk, and sweetener, customizable with fruit, greens, or protein for a refreshing and satisfying drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 12 tsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (to taste)
  • 46 ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/2 banana, handful of spinach, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder, or 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the milk and sweetener to the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes and any optional ingredients you like.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, chilled.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness depending on your taste or added fruits.
  • For a tropical twist, add mango or pineapple.
  • For extra protein, add Greek yogurt or protein powder.
  • To store, refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 24 hours and stir before drinking.
