Ready in just 16 minutes without marinating, they make the perfect last-minute appetizer, snack, or game day food. Serve them plain or toss them in your favorite sauce for an easy, crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings (drumettes and flats, separated if whole)
  • Olive oil (or another neutral cooking oil)
  • Garlic salt
  • Lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space for air circulation.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, shake basket to flip wings, then cook for another 8 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. Serve hot with celery sticks and dipping sauce of choice.

Notes

  • Toss in buffalo sauce after cooking for spicy wings.
  • Coat in honey garlic sauce for sweet and tangy flavor.
  • Add smoked paprika to seasoning for extra depth.
  • Double the batch for a crowd, cooking in separate batches to keep crispy.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 400°F for 4–5 minutes to restore crunch.
