Crispy and spicy air fryer buffalo cauliflower coated in bold buffalo sauce, delivering big flavor with minimal oil for a lighter, satisfying snack or side.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy and tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
  6. Transfer cooked cauliflower to a clean bowl and toss gently with the buffalo sauce.
  7. Return cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes to set the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to keep cauliflower crispy.
  • Add cayenne pepper for extra heat.
  • Use plant-based butter to make the recipe vegan.
  • Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispness.
