3-Cheese Garlic Bread is a cheesy, buttery, and flavor-packed side dish made with French bread slathered in garlic butter and topped with a melty trio of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. It’s an irresistible, easy-to-make comfort food perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix softened butter with garlic and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread garlic butter evenly over cut sides of the bread.
  4. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, watching closely.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, and slice to serve warm.
