2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Cheese Sticks are a crispy, cheesy, and low-carb snack made with just cottage cheese and mozzarella. Oven-baked to golden perfection, these high-protein cheese sticks are perfect for dipping, snacking, or serving as a keto-friendly appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the parchment and shape into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until edges are golden and surface is firm.
  6. Let cool slightly, then cut into 8 sticks with a knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Return to oven for 5–10 minutes more for extra crispiness, or broil briefly to brown.
