10 Minute Peanut Butter Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark is a quick, no-bake frozen treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, swirls of peanut butter, and a drizzle of chocolate. It’s high in protein, customizable, and perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 23 tablespoons granola, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or flat dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared sheet, about 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the yogurt and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top and swirl again for a marbled effect.
  6. Sprinkle with optional toppings like granola, nuts, or mini chocolate chips. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  7. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  8. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use flavored yogurt (like strawberry or chocolate) for different variations.
  • Substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.
  • Add berries, banana slices, shredded coconut, or chia seeds before freezing for extra texture.
  • Let bark sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for easier biting.
